All aspects of this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The hotel room is very clean and bed is very comfortable. There is a humidifier in the room which I really appreciated as I came from a more humid country and my skin/nose tends to get very dry. The spa on the top level is superb.

It's in a quiet neighborhood; easy to get to from the train station although some would prefer to catach a cab.

This hotel is amazing value for money. From the friendly staff to the attention to detail in the rooms, everything exceeded my expectations. The location couldn't be better, being very close to the JR train station and not far from the airport. The basic amenities were all there, and the rooms, although small, were well-designed with modern decor and comfortable beds. Excellent value for money. Cozy and spacious room with perfect layout. Amazing onsen and rotemburo. Convenient location with plenty of dining options nearby. Modern and well-equipped amenities. Free onsen with natural spring water. Complimentary udon and laundry facilities. Good mix of Japanese and Western breakfast buffet.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The breakfast was good and they had a variety of options to choose from. The location was great because it was close to shopping areas and the train station. Additionally, we enjoyed the hot springs that were available, it was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

The room was small and cramped, it was difficult to move around and store our luggage. The main issue we had was the language barrier, as most of the staff didn't speak English and it was hard to communicate with them. Moreover, on New Year's Eve, there was a lot of noise and loud music that kept us awake for most of the night.

I had a great time during my business trip to this modern hotel near Sapporo. the staff were friendly and accommodating and spoke English well. the location was very convenient, just a short train ride to Sapporo and close to good restaurants. the rooms were clean and comfortable with great amenities, including a 24-hour onsen and shaving blades and cream provided.

the room was small but ergonomically designed with all amenities, such as slippers and robes. the free onsen and natural spring water was pleasing, and the free laundry facilities and udon delivered to our room were convenient. the breakfast buffet offered a good mix of Western and Japanese cuisine.

We had some miscommunication about the free shuttle service, which led to confusion and a not so pleasant experience at the station.
